Dear Colleagues,
We are very pleased to invite you to 2020 Seoul International Cancer Forum and 46th KLASS Workshop on 5th December 2020. (8AM-6PM in Korean time, GMT+9:00), which will provide opportunity for practical discussions about various clinical and translational researches on gastric cancer.
COVID-19 has discouraged many academic meetings throughout this year. However, the situation ironically facilitated remote, on-line communication, therefore we could invite more famous overseas speakers and deal with wider spectrum of research in this upcoming forum. In this year, the updated issues of clinical trials in Korea, Japan and China will be introduced, and the latest experience of research and treatments from the United States, Singapore, Germany and Vietnam will be shared, too. Dr. Ushijima from Japan, one of the best basic researchers of gastric cancer, and also many renowned world-leading experts will show you diverse research methodologies and the results, including studies on the epigenetic modulation and microenvironment, and so on. You can also enjoy the special lectures by Prof. Seigo Kitano from Japan and Prof. Vivian Strong from the USA, and compare differences in the current approaches to gastric cancer treatment between East and West.
In addition, there will be awarding ceremonies and presentations for researchers selected for the 15th “Jin-Pok Kim’s Award for the Best Cancer Research in Korea” and doctoral dissertation fellowship for oncology from Korean Foundation for Cancer Research.
We sincerely hope for your participation in this forum for your own learning of cutting-edge technologies as well as for development of scientific friendship. If you cannot join the meeting on site due to COVID-19 situation, you can also join in our on-line broadcasting which will be prepared at the same time.
